It was one of those perfect fall days! The temperature was
mild. I arrived at the school in time to take the image.
Everyone was at lunch! So I grabbed a teacher in my department,
and we went out and shot the angle. I measured the angle
using Scion software. |

Once again, I couldn't get any students out at the right time
because they were eating. Therefore I went out with the "new me"
to shoot this sun angle. It was bitter out there! The coldest
high for the date was recorded in Worcester, a city to the west
of us yesterday. Today is no winner either! I used Scion to
measure the angle. As you can see it measures to the nearest
0.01! Not bad for intermediate school! |

You want to talk about the ultimate in dedication! I took
this on Christmas day! We had just survived a weekend (actually
four days) where it never stopped snowing! There were two
beautiful days 22nd and 23rd, when I could have shot an angle,
but I didn't get a chance to get out. That left today. It was
beautiful outside! The snow, which until this morning was over
that wall, was gone. It sublimed overnight! We've gone from
snow, to bitter cold, to ice, to nothing! Enjoy!! |
